It’s 6:15am, Monday morning, June 29th. Once again I’ve been nudged out of bed very early (for me). I’m sitting in a friend’s beautiful backyard in a historic neighborhood in Denver. The small fountain in the garden pond trickles behind me as crows harass the with the great horned owl in the tree half a block away.
I really want to go over and just commune with the great horned owl but need to sit and write.
Yesterday was the last day of the International New Age Trade Show in Denver and I had the most magical and amazing time. It’s all becoming very clear why Mother told me to just go, foot the bill from my dwindling savings, and go. A Message from the Water Spirits in The Netherlands
This is a very specific message from the Water Spirits in the Netherlands. And it applies to all of us around the world.
I had arrived in The Netherlands on Saturday, June 13th, 2015, to lead several workshops (on The Great Mother Bible and Earth Mother’s Appeal to her Daughters) and to participate in the Wisdom Gathering in Dalfsen.
My beautiful friend, Daan, who has been my event coordinator and host for this trip lives in Lelystad, a young village whose land has been claimed from the water only within the past thirty years. When I arrived in Lelystad and her husband Ton shared how their village was so young, I thought it was interesting but did not think that much of it. Though there was an off energy to the land there, kind of a subtle disharmony to the area but that could be for many reasons, so I mostly disregarded it.
Later in the evening we went for a walk in her neighborhood which has some lovely walking trails in a young forest and over some narrow waterways. I love how the Dutch are committed to setting aside natural areas very close to their villages for the sole purpose of walking and bicycling, allowing people to find some forest and openness for exercise and to relax in, so close to their village.
As is my practice whenever I arrive in a new place, I offered a blessing with tobacco and prayer to the nature spirits in Daan’s village and surrounding parts. First I did it in her tiny postage stamp front yard. And then when we got into the forest, I did it there also. But I felt very little sense of a nature spirit community in both places. Many times when I do this, there is an immediate response from the nature spirits where I am and they send a ripple of energy through me, or I receive some communication from them. It’s a lovely experience when they do this. But there in Lelystad on the land, there was only the slight sense of some nature spirit activity in the forest, and really none in her immediate neighborhood.
Then we left the forest and came to a short bridge and I felt called to do a blessing there with a quick prayer and some tobacco again. I love doing water ceremony and know how healing the prayer energy can be and how quickly the energy travels through the water. As it is all the water throughout the planet is connected anyway and I love the idea of the prayer energy resonating far and wide.
When I leaned over the bridge and dropped the tobacco down onto the slow moving waters below, I sent my love too. This is something I’ve been taught to do since I know Earth Mother and all the nature spirits sorely need our love sent back to them. They’ve been ignored for so long that this means much to them.
Instantaneously I felt a strong wash of love come back to me from the water. This surprised me and I asked my friend if she felt the same as I did. But she did not. We resumed our walking and conversation about the upcoming Wisdom Gathering and related projects. I quietly mulled over the wash of love I received as we walked further.
That night after falling asleep, I was woken up by an intense, complex dream with a pervading message about stepping into my real work, my true work. I don’t even remember the details of the dream now other than I was shaken deeply by it.
The dream was so intense that I could not sleep afterwards. I lay there in bed contemplating the dream and taking in the energy of the room I was staying in and how it was not my room but a guestroom in another country in an area that was recently some forty or fifty feet under water. I yearned for the comfort of my own bed.
Then, in a similar manner to how Earth Mother speaks with me, I started to receive a very distinct spiritual message. Yet it was not from Mother, it was from some overarching Water Spirits. They told me who they were and asked me to share a message to the Dutch people who are spiritually open enough to receive this message. (Occasionally I do get these types of messages from Nature Spirits or trees, not just from Earth Mother.)
Here is the message:
“We, the Water Spirits of your area are rather upset and have been for years as no one has asked us, or sought out our permission to drain our waters from what you think is your area. No one has come to honor us or to seek out our counsel on what areas to drain over all this time. And we have been relegated to some tiny waterways that are stagnant and too slow moving compared with our waters before.
“Not to mention our fellow water spirits in the North Sea where you have just gone right in and ripped up the sea bottom to collect the soil to fill up the land where we used to live, and how they feel violated.
“We have been ignored and have not been happy about this for a long time. We are sending this message via Mare to ask you to honor us and help others learn about our existence since so many of you are completely ignorant of us.
“Please, we ask that you do Water Ceremony to us (and to the other elements too – the wind, the earth, fire, ethers — as you can) on a regular basis and to teach others how to do this. Please seek to connect with us, the Water Spirits, and not just the water itself.
“We ask this of you to help heal this great pain we carry from being so violated by your earlier settlers and those who completely ignored us and our rights. We ask you to send Love and Light and Gratitude to us as often as you can. This can be every time you drink water, take a shower, even flush a toilet. We need this Love and Light to try to come back into balance. Things have gotten so out of balance. What you do here in Holland with honoring the water will spread throughout the world, energetically.
“Please, please share this message and do ceremony on any level you can. You can send Love and Light and Gratitude to start with. It is that simple. Thank you.”
So, now I’m sharing this with my Dutch friends and pray that they will carry it far and wide. And upon writing this, I’m going to crawl in a bathtub here in this house where I’m a guest, and send as much Love and Light as I can into the waters of the bath… in deep gratitude that I can even listen to the Water Spirits to share this message.
p.s. The Water Spirits want me to also share that if you are reading this and you are not living in Holland, it is still an important and powerful thing to send Love and Light and Gratitude however you can to the waters around you and in your personal life.

One of the ongoing messages I have received from Earth Mother is about my personal song and how can I be in a place of living more and more in my ‘higher self’. What I mean by ‘higher self’ is being balanced and sourcing from a place of deep compassion and connection with Creation and Mother.
When I connect energetically/spiritually with the Great Father, Great Divine Mother and Earth Mother, as is my practice these days, it feels as if my energy body gets infused with such a divine energy. Perhaps my aura is glowing more brightly. Certainly something shifts in my energy body and it feels quite lovely.

A Talk with Writer/Mystic Mare Cromwell – Frederick News-Post, March 26, 2015

In Messages From Mother … Earth Mother, self-described mystic Mare Cromwell communicated directly with Mother Earth and wrote the book as part of her spiritual work. Because she was too uncomfortable to be upfront about her communication with the spirit world — sometimes referred to as channeling, though she prefers the term downloading — the book tells the story of Sarah who meets Earth Mother. Third person just seemed easier at the time.
But for her most recent book, Cromwell essentially transcribed the dialogue between her and Earth Mother and sent it off to be published. The Great Mother Bible: or, I’d Rather Be Gardening will be released by Pamoon Press on April 22 (Earth Day), and although Cromwell thinks some people in the area will be open to it, she’s still a little nervous.
“Writing these books has been terrifying,” she admitted. “That’s why the subtitle is I’d Rather Be Gardening.”
COMMUNICATING WITH SPIRIT
Over a cup of tea at Dublin Roasters, where she will host a book release talk on Sunday, Cromwell told how she left her job directing an international environmental education network to become a gardener for 17 years. She has a soft voice and soothing demeanor, eyes that are kind but not naive. Her golden hair fell over a thick winter sweater as she told about those quiet years spent gardening, how it made her better at listening. She said that time provided the space for her to begin to wake up to her sensitivity and her compassion for the Earth. As she was cultivating gardens for well-to-do landowners, she was simultaneously cultivating a relationship with the the Earth and the feminine nature of the plant world. It was also during that time that she began communicating with the plants, she said.
Years later in 2012, after studying with Native American elders and shamans of various tribes, Cromwell began her communication with Mother Earth. “I knew who it was,” she said, but admitted she “needed the affirmation,” which she received, from the Native Americans she was studying under.
“For some reason, I’ve been chosen to share this,” she said about her experiences writing The Great Mother Bible. “It’s been a trip.”
You begin to notice a common theme when talking with Cromwell — that she is often not the one choosing what to say or do, but that she is listening and responding.
You also get the sense that she is always in communion, to some extent, with the natural world, and that Earth Mother, who at one point she called Mom, is like a dear friend to her. At moments during the interview, she’d pause, take a few moments to reframe a response or deciding she needed to stop from elaborating. It’s clear she did not stop communicating with Earth Mother after the book was published. When asked if she still communicated on a regular basis, Cromwell said yes, although instead of spending hours a day transcribing the dialogue for a book, Cromwell is mostly listening for marketing suggestions now — types of events to hold and where and when, and just as importantly, where not to go and what not to do. “What doesn’t change is my rapport with her.” While writing The Great Mother Bible throughout 2014, Cromwell also “did ceremony every day … offering prayers,” she said.
COMPILING THE BOOK
Now based in Buckeystown, she was living in New Market at the time of writing The Great Mother Bible. The writing started during the record-breaking cold months last winter, when she
began to get awakened up at 5 and 6 in the morning. She’s being awakened up by Earth Mother, she writes, who has a message she wants to get out in book form. Many times while still lying in bed, under the covers, she’d type on her laptop the conversation she was having.
The Great Mother Bible reads much like Neale Donald Walsch’s Conversations with God series, with thoughtful exchanges between human and spirit. In Cromwell’s Indiegogo campaign, where she is raising money to fund publishing costs, she says, “Essentially that book (Conversations with God) is the Great Father Bible.” She said she read the first book in Walsch’s series, but The Great Mother Bible is different in the sense that it aims to bring the Earth back into balance by focusing on the sacred feminine, rather than the masculine energies that have dominated our society for a long time. In her book, she points out that while there are many spiritual people spreading love in the form of prayers and meditation and through their actions, few people direct their prayers and love into the Earth itself.
“The main message of the book is there is such huge, powerful love Mother has for us. … A lot of people feel spiritually lost because they don’t know what it’s like to feel at home. We need to come home.”
In the book, Earth Mother is very clear that humans once loved and thanked her every day, but this has been lost in our culture for the most part, and she needs that loving energy to be healthy, much like we do.

What Are You waiting for?
Do you see it is now? All you need to do is to take that shovel and start that garden. All you need to do is to knock on the neighbor’s door and invite them over for dinner, regardless of their skin color. Maybe a couple of neighbors. Even have a potluck. All you need to do is get that bike out of the garage and clean the chain and start using it. Put a big basket on the front. Carry groceries home. Take fresh veggies to a friend across town, once you’ve gotten your shovel out and planted the seeds and loved those vegetables up so much your tomatoes are the size of a small melon. And the melons are the size of basketball.
All you need to do is get out of being just in your dreams and grab the shovel. It’s good to start with the soil. And good to sing. And drum. And love. Everyday Love. Love me, Earth Mother. Love Creation. Love the soil. And even love the grouchy neighbor across the way who’s in pain and could use that Love more than you know.
What are you waiting for?

A Healing from the Spiritual Grandmothers & Singing with the Whales – A Journey
April 7th, 2015
This morning was rather profound. I set up a new altar to Kuan Yin in my space. It has the four cardinal directions made up of rose quartz stones, embodying the sacred feminine energies of compassion and kindness. And then a collection of stones from this area where I’m living, along with some stones from sister-friends and other sacred sources in concentric circles around Kuan Yin. The different colors in the altar are rather lovely.
After setting it up and activating it with prayer and asking the stones to blend their energies, I was guided to do a spiritual journey with the whales. Seems that the humpbacks have taken me under their wing, though other whales may invite me in the future.
The whales took me deep into the ocean–very, very deep. From there they ushered me to the spiritual council of grandmothers who sit in the heart of Earth Mother. There are thirteen of them there and they are so wise and compassionate and knowledgeable, it is truly such a powerful blessing to spend time with them. To even be invited to be in their presence feels so humbling and, well, incredible.
The spiritual grandmothers had me join them in their circle. First I was sitting side-by-side with them as they spoke with me about this call for The Mother to be felt and experienced by all. They want all of us humans to come home to Mother. We used to know this experience of home viscerally and those were the days of balance and wholeness in our lives and communities.
They were not just referring to coming home to Earth Mother but to the beautiful sacred Great Mother of Creation. The feminine aspect of the Great Mystery, in harmony with the masculine aspect of Creation. This permeates the whole universe and yet our two-legged societies here on Earth have forgotten this, for the most part.
Then they invited me to lie in the middle of them for a healing. They ran their hands over my body, pulling the sorrow that overwhelms me at times out, from my wombspace down my legs and out my feet. My health is still not 100% from the lymphoma I was diagnosed with some years ago and they took their hands and pulled the toxic energies from me that have been causing my sickness.
They worked on my heart also and lovingly pulled out some darkness there that has been blocking me from knowing and trusting what romantic soul twin love could be like. Once they were finished, I just lay there in their center feeling so light and full of goodness and wholeness. A quiet joy that permeated throughout me.
Once I got up from the center they invited me to come back often and assured me they are always there for me. Always. They want me to share wisdom from them to the world. I bowed to each one of them and then hugged them, whereupon the whales escorted me out.
Once I was with the whales, they invited me to spend some time swimming with them, and then to sing with them. I actually felt my throat chakra opening up as I joined in song with them to send this beautiful spiritual energy the grandmothers had blessed me with out into the ocean also. A song that traveled through the waters of the world in partnership with the whales songs of strong healing energies.
Then the whales brought me back to my room with Kuan Yin’s energy basking through the space.
What a gift… a deeply humbling gift to be able to experience this.
Thank you, Mother — Great Mother. Thank you, beautiful whales. Thank you, Spiritual Grandmothers. Thank you.

The Humpback Whales’ Songs and Spiritual Work off Hawaii
A good friend posted this video about the humpback whales singing off the coast of the Big Island in Hawaii on to my Facebook page. I watched it and tuned in… and this is the info that I received to share at this time about the whales and their songs:
… what the whales are doing are their spiritual work in the ocean there… this is how the frequency/vibration of their songs is helping to keep the spiritual waves in the ocean of high integrity. Of as pure a resonance as they can, given all the contamination in the ocean of nuclear waste, naval sonar, and other human contamination. This is where Granny the orca whale off the coast of WA and Vancouver waters… her communications with the animal communicator (gifted one) Mary J. Getten, are so significant.
The whales play a very important role in the oceans across the globe with their spiritual work via their songs. Scientists will never get this until they start talking with the Animal communicators… The good news is that many folks not constrained by the strict (and restricting) scientific methods are starting to wake up and understand.
I can’t tell you exactly what their songs are saying… would really need to tune in on that level and am being told that is not where my energy needs to go a this point in time. But definitely, this is an ancient, ancient set of songs that reverberate off the ocean floor there and the Big Island of Hawaii to resonate across hundreds and hundreds of miles across the ocean to be part of the vast energetic matrix of light and love energy the whales continue to put forth into the waters of the world.
What the whales are waiting for is us Two-Leggeds to wake up and start to send our Love and Light, along with ceasing the contamination, to help heal the waters around the world. The whales can only do so much. We humans have to join them to really bring about this healing… And the dolphins are waiting too, in addition to all the love and light from their songs too…
Water ceremonies, thanking our waters everyday… sending love and light, even when you flush your toilet, take a shower, drink from a glass… all of these count.

Earth Mother Answers a Question about Weather Manipulation
[A good friend who knows of my deep connection with Earth Mother and capacity to communicate with her sent me this question two days ago. So I asked Mother and below is the original question and response. The bottom-line is kind of three things: 1) that we two-leggeds need to get over our arrogance in thinking we know about “Nature” and can control “her”. Mother is far more powerful, along with all of the legions of spiritual beings here on Earth who work closely with her — than most of us realize.
2) It would be helpful if we stopped trying to manipulate various parts of Mother and woke up. And 3) Mother loves us so much, so much… it’s beyond words how much love she has for us. Just huge. She is waiting for us to reconnect with her and tap into this Love. Enjoy! hugs, bigLove, mare]

For many years, I have followed the various government and private programs for weather modification that begin in the 1940s.. The project spectrum covers everything from cloud seeding to redirecting and weakening hurricanes and tornadoes to producing artificial fogs and other element changes for defensive as well as offensive purposes.. The information about these efforts mostly public, but not highly publicized. A new book came out recently titled Weather Warfare by Jerry E. Smith detailing many of the programs that have civilian as well as defense application. It should interest you.
Weather modification is one of the most serious threats to our planet’s natural cycles and poses serious problems to the environment world wide. Man is “improving” and “interfrring” with nature for goals that may not be in the interest of either the planet or its inhabitants whether they have legs, fins, wings or slithery skin.
One of these programs released a blanket composed of millions of copper “needles” into the ionosphere to increase the effectiveness of radio waves and improve communication. However, there was no way to get it down and its long term effects are not known.. Another program released barium into rain clouds, but it was not taken into consideration that barium was harmful to human health or that it would be in dangerous concentrations when it fell to earth. Various programs were disbanded because there were unexpected negative effects or because they didn’t work. The side effects were quietly put aside for fear of litigation The damage caused remains with us.
What I am pointing out is that there are funded programs that are changing the environment at higher levels than cattle flatulence in the Amazon, industrial air pollution or deforestation.. These weather modification systems are largely unregulated because they are either time driven by grant or need or for defense. There are no laws that protect the planet from harm due to this experimentation.
In addition, Russia has a program of weather modification in cooperation with the Mexican government. Consider the implications. The Western states and Florida are our breadbasket for fresh fruits and produce. The MidWest is largely grain and soy which is primary exported. If the weather changes in the West, which it has, it spells severe problems for our food supply. California now has one year of water left and Arizona has six. In the Clinton era, we signed agreements -NAFTRA was one – for easier imports of food stuffs from Mexico, which benefited the Mexican economy without raising the living conditions of the farmers. Western droughts and MidWest floods severely impact U.S. food supplies but are a boon for the Mexican government. Obviously, weather programs have a corporate agenda as well as defense goals. In addition to Russia, China also has weather modification programs.
What you are now doing is educating people with Mother’s guidance. I wonder what Mother’s guidance is on this problem which is affecting us in the short term, not to mention long term. Climate change may include natural cycles but it most surely is a product of human interference, not all from greenhouse gases.

What I’m being guided to share is that Mother is very aware, of course, of all these things. And the nature spirits and all from the spiritual realms here who work closely with Mother and some of the other higher level spiritual beings aligned with Mother from outside the planet in these interesting times, are very aware.
The Nature spirits who work with weather patterns are pissed off about all this stuff. More than Mother is pissed off, actually. So they’re whipping up storms that are only getting more colossal. It’s a complicated formula actually… the cause of these extreme storms. Too much CO2 is part of it. All the lower vibrational emotional energies from humans who aren’t doing their spiritual/emotional work is another ingredient. There is more.
Mother is more irritated than super, super angry but knows in time it will all shift back into balance again. Mother is making sure of this.
What I’m also being told is that there are some very powerful spiritual beings coming in from outside the planet and some more from here who are mitigating all the stuff the gov’ts and corporations are doing to the atmosphere. There are a class of spiritual beings who are transmuting the chem trails, for instance, also. The foolishness of these two-leggeds trying to manipulate the weather kinda makes these spiritual beings laugh. They don’t appreciate the human arrogance though.
There are so many aligned with Mother that all of this stuff is a just a short-term blip in the longer-term historic screen of history on this planet. The darker beings who have been in control of all this chaos and lower vibrational, fear, control, patriarchal oriented efforts are leaving in droves. Have been for some time. We’re just shifting into the intensity of purging these old ways, and old energies as things shift into the 4th and 5th dimension more and more.
It is a good time to have a seat belt, regardless. Things are happening fast. ;~)
